What Credit Genius Is (and Is Not)
Credit Genius is an educational and informational platform designed to help users understand credit through AI-powered tools, simulations, and interactive learning.
We are not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or credit repair company. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We do not guarantee credit score increases or financial outcomes.
All insights, forecasts, and simulations are educational only and hypothetical in nature.
Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Credit Genius. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully.
Credit Data & Third-Party Services
If you choose to connect credit reports or financial data, you authorize us to retrieve and display that information from third-party providers. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, including information from credit bureaus.
AI Tools Disclaimer
Credit Genius uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations and insights. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before making financial decisions.
Payments & In-App Purchases
Credit Genius may offer optional paid features or upgrades. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their billing and refund policies. Prices are displayed before purchase. Purchases are final except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use Credit Genius for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and features within Credit Genius are owned by or licensed to THE GREAT AMERICAN CREDIT SECRET LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or error-free operation.

Credit Genius is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE GREAT AMERICAN CREDIT SECRET LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any, during the previous 12 months.
