These Payment Terms explain how payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases work for Credit Genius, operated by THE GREAT AMERICAN CREDIT SECRET LLC. By making a purchase in the app or through the website, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms of Use.
Free Access & Paid Features
Credit Genius offers free access to certain features. Additional tools, premium content, or advanced insights may be available through one-time purchases or subscriptions.
All paid features are optional. You can use the app without purchasing upgrades.
Pricing & Billing
Prices for paid features are clearly displayed before purchase. Pricing may vary by platform, region, or device and is subject to change.
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment information.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your app store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments
One-Time Purchases
Some features may be offered as one-time purchases. These purchases grant access to specific features as described at the time of purchase.
One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
Refunds
Refunds are handled solely by the Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their refund policies.
Credit Genius cannot issue refunds directly or override app store decisions.
Failed or Reversed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to paid features in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargebacks.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and are handled by the app store at checkout.
Changes to Pricing or Features
We may change pricing, features, or subscription offerings at any time. Any changes will apply going forward and will not affect purchases already completed.
No Guarantees
Paid features provide access to tools and educational content only. Payment does not guarantee credit score increases, approvals, or financial outcomes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including unauthorized purchases made due to failure to secure your account credentials.
Governing Terms
These Payment Terms are part of and subject to the Credit Genius Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Use control.
Changes to These Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. Continued use of paid features after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
